Candles can help provide improved sleep. Since many fragrances can help you destress and relax, Light a candle before bed, relax and meditate, and enjoy the scents. Personally, I will occasionally light a candle before I go to bed. While doing my nightly routines all apart of helping me to wind down.

It really does help! Do you light a candle before you head to bed? Just to get you relaxed for sleep?

If you haven't and you decide to try this make sure to BLOW THE CANDLE OUT before bed! Want to remain safe. ❤😊
