Refund Policy

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an immediate notification that will contain your tracking number and products shipped.  Please understand that once we ship your package(s), exact delivery time is out of our direct control.  If you have any issues with your order during transit, please first contact the carrier as noted in your tracking number. If you need additional assistance after reaching out to the carrier we will do our best to have shipping issues corrected and your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Please note we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or returned as undeliverable. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Any package returned to us as undeliverable will be cancelled and a partial refund submitted. There will be a 30% restock fee. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Please inspect your candle upon receipt. If your package arrives damaged in some way. Please reach out to us within 48 HOURS of receipt so that we may provide a replacement product.

Limited Release items, are not eligible for return or refunds. ALL SALES are FINAL


International orders will be shipped as quickly as possibly. International shipping can take up to 30 days depending on customs processing and procedures. Customs Fees may apply for International Shipments. We are not responsible for replacing products or issuing refunds for packages that are lost, stolen or not delivered by International shippers. If there is an issue with your order delivery please contact customs and/or your local courier for all delivery matters.
